Shipping policy

f you receive a defective item, please contact us at DripsandPetals@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Follow return/policy guidelines on process of returning damaged items. 

Under normal circumstances, requests received by 5 PM, EST, (Monday to Friday), for replacement of damaged items, will be shipped out the within 1-2 business days, after return request has been reviewed and approved.  Requests received after 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday), will be shipped the next business day or as quickly as possible. Damaged items approved and processed for replacement  will be issued a shipping return label.

You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.

Normal estimated Delivery time is 2-10 business days *Domestic shipping*

Normal estimated Delivery time is 1-3 weeks *International shipping*

Customs fees may apply for international shipping.

All sale/holiday items are subject to 1-2weeks lead time [All efforts will be made to process and ship as quickly as possible]. 

 

ALL OTHER ITEMS : 

Shipping times to receive your products can be 2-3 weeks depending on the item. This is due to staffing shortage and prolonged production time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
